We offer standard shipping for a flat rate fee of $15.00 NZD.   

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA ONLY)

We offer standard shipping to Australia for a flat rate fee of $30.00 NZD.  

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO DISPATCH? 

Orders are typically dispatched within 5 - 7 business days.  

An email with your shipping confirmation (including, a tracking number) will be sent to you once your order ships. If you don’t receive shipping confirmation within 7 business days of placing your order, please fill out the form under the WHAKAPĀ MAI / GET IN TOUCH section. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

    1. Items can be returned for refund or exchange. 
    2. Items have 30 business days to be returned. 
    3. Returned items must be in original condition with all tags attached (any item that has been worn, washed, damaged or altered cannot be returned). 
    4. For orders being returned or exchanged where free shipping has been used, the true shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
